[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5740X Central Asia Metals PLC 09 May 2016 \n\n9 May 2016\nCENTRAL ASIA METALS PLC\n(\"CAML\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of Options and Directors' Dealings\nCentral Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML) was on 6 May 2016 notified that, on the same day, Mr Nick Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr Nigel Robinson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Mr Howard Nicholson, Technical Director of the Company, exercised nominal cost options over ordinary shares of US$0.01 each (\"Shares\") in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 per the table below. \nThe exercise was settled by the Company in cash at 176.16p per Share in accordance with the Rules of the Central Asia Metals plc Employee Share Plan 2011 (as amended) (the \"Plan\"). Under the Plan, the cash settlement is calculated as the difference between the average of the middle-market quotations (from the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange) for the preceding five days and the exercise price of US$0.01.
