[{"type":"text","content":"\nManagement to Host Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.\n\n\n FREEHOLD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--\nCenntro Electric Group Limited (NASDAQ: CENN) (“Cenntro” or “the Company”), a leading electric vehicle technology company with advanced, market-validated electric commercial vehicles, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting Friday, September 1, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time (Friday, September 1, 2023, at 8:30 p.m. Shanghai Time and Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:30 p.m. Australian Eastern Time) at 11840 Beach Blvd., Ste. 1 in Jacksonville, Florida (the “Meeting”).\n\n\nEligible shareholders or their proxies wishing to attend the Meeting are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to commencement of the Meeting. If you are attending the Meeting in person, you will need to request a ballot to vote these shares. Otherwise, once in receipt of your proxy statement you may vote by accessing www.ProxyVote.com and entering your control number which is indicated on your proxy statement.
