Celtic PLC 17 September 2001 17 September 2001 Celtic Plc Following shareholder approval at the AGM held on Saturday 15 September Mr Tom E Allison has been appointed to the Board of Directors as an independent non-executive director. Mr Allison is currently Chief Executive of Clydeport PLC and a non-executive director of Semple Cochrane PLC. There are no details to be disclosed under paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
