Celtic PLC 29 June 2007 CELTIC PLC Celtic plc ('the Company') was notified on 28th June 2007 that Tom Allison, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 57.35 pence per share on 28th June 2007. Following the transaction, Mr Allison will be interested, directly and through connected persons in 505,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.62% of the issued capital in that class and 0.51% of overall voting rights.
