Possible Offer and Rule 2.10 announcement\n\n\n\nThe Board of ANGLE confirms that it has received an approach which may or may\nnot lead to an offer being made for the Company. The indicative proposal letter\nenvisages a price of 60.0 pence for each ANGLE ordinary share and that the\nconsideration would be satisfied in full by the issue of new ordinary shares in\nthe acquiring company.\n\n\nThe Board of ANGLE, which is being advised by Collins Stewart Europe Limited, is\nevaluating the approach on its merits, currently on a non-exclusive basis, and\nwill update shareholders accordingly. The Board wishes to stress that there can\nbe no certainty that this approach will lead to an offer being made for the\nCompany.\n\n\nA further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.\n\n\nThe Board remains focused on creating shareholder value, principally by\nenhancing the value of its existing portfolio of investee companies.
