[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2713F\n Angle PLC\n 13 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n For immediate release\n \n \n \n \n 13 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n ANGLE plc (\"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Result of General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n ANGLE plc (AIM:AGL OTCQX:ANPCY), a world-leading liquid biopsy company, is pleased to announce that further to the announcements of 27 October 2020, the Resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, were duly passed.\n \n \n \n \n \n Completion of the Placing is conditional on Admission of the Placing Shares becoming effective at 8:00am on 16 November 2020, or such later date (being not later than 8:00 am on 13 December 2020) as the Company, finnCap, WG Partners and Beech Hill may agree.\n \n \n \n \n \n With effect from Admission of the Placing Shares, the Company will have 215,405,178 Ordinary Shares in issue, with no shares held in treasury.
