As a result, the Company has applied for the Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 13 October 2010 (\"Admission\").\n \nFor the purpose of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital following Admission will consist of 30,437,279 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each, with one voting right per share.
