Celestica's seventh annual "Partners in Performance" awards recognize commitment of global suppliers

TORONTO, July 7 /CNW/ - Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS, TSX: CLS/SV), a world
leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), today announced the
recipients of its seventh annual Partners in Performance awards for 2004.
Agilent Technologies' Semiconductor Products Business received its
seventh consecutive Partners in Performance award for its focus on excellence
and quality. The company's dedication has brought exceptional value to
Celestica, fully supporting its seamless global supply chain.
Hynix Semiconductor America received its fifth consecutive Partners in
Performance award, in honour of its commitment to Celestica's Values and
continued excellence in execution, responsiveness and customer service.
Tyco Electronics Corporation and Vishay Intertechnology Inc., have been
recognized with their fourth consecutive Partners in Performance awards, for
supporting Celestica's management of its sophisticated global supply chain,
and demonstrating dedication to the success of Celestica's business.
Celestica is also pleased to acknowledge that Best Ideal Limited;
Coilcraft Inc.; IDT (Integrated Device Technology, Inc).; Murata Electronics
North America; Samtec Inc.; ShenZhen ZhenFeng Printing Company, Ltd.; and
Viasystems Group Inc. have been recognized with third-year Partners in
Performance awards.
Second-year Partners in Performance recipients include BTI; ExceLight
Communications, Inc.; Freescale Semiconductor; Kingbright Corporation; KOA

Incorporated.
Recipients of Celestica's first-year Partners in Performance award
include Avnet Electronics Marketing and Memec; AVX Corporation; Bi-Link
Shanghai; Cordiality Label Electronics (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd.; Federal Express;
Irwin Industrial; LG Electronics; Pericom Semiconductor Corporation; Quality
Screw & Nut; SMT resource group, LLC; xpedx; and Y.C. Cable.
