Following this transaction, the Company held 205,666 Ordinary Shares in treasury.\n \nFollowing the above transaction the Company announces that 105,000 Ordinary Shares held in treasury have today been transferred to an employee, following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares.\n \nPursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of IS Solutions remains as 36,583,020 Ordinary Shares, with 100,666 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
