Speed-Trap is a privately-held independent software vendor of patented technologies that analyse how users interact with on-line applications. Founded in 1999, Speed-Trap has a partner network that includes Oracle, Teradata, SAS and IS Solutions.\n \nIS Solutions is investing alongside the international private equity and investment banking firm Beringea LLP, and will invest £200,000 immediately with the balance being invested in the first half of 2011. John Lythall will join the board of Speed-Trap with immediate effect.\n \nJohn Lythall, Managing Director, commented;\n \n\"We are delighted to have this opportunity to strengthen our relationship with Speed-Trap.
