The Company has then repurchased 49,500 of such shares at a price of 340 pence, being the closing mid-market price on 1 October 2021.\n \n \n As a consequence of the foregoing the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 40,417,556 Ordinary Shares, with 160,498 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
