IS Solutions PLC 2 December 1999 Director's Dealing The Company was notified on 2 December 1999, that P J Kear, a director of the Company, has today transferred 80,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, into the name of Mrs G Kear. The transfer was undertaken for nil consideration and is the final transfer of shares by P J Kear under the terms of his divorce settlement. Peter Kear, following this transaction, is beneficially interested in 280,797 shares representing per cent. 5.88 per cent. of the issued share capital.
