[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2697T IS Solutions PLC 24 March 2016 \n\nIS Solutions Plc\n(\"IS Solutions\" or the \"Company\")\n \nDirector's Dealing\nTransaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights\nDirector's Dealing\nThe Company was notified today that on 24 March 2016 James Dodkins, Executive Director of the Company, sold 11,500 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at 136.0p pence per Ordinary Share. \nIn addition to the above transaction the Company announces that James Dodkins has exercised 100,000 options over Ordinary Shares in the Company.\nFollowing the above transactions, Mr. Dodkins has a resultant beneficial interest in 455,266 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2 per cent. of the Company's current total voting rights.\nTransaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights\nThe Company announces that on 24 March 2016, 251,371 Ordinary Shares held in treasury have today been transferred to employees (including James Dodkins, as detailed above), following the exercise of options over Ordinary Shares.\nFollowing this transaction, the Company holds 14,613 Ordinary Shares in treasury.\nPursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of IS Solutions remains as 36,583,020 Ordinary Shares, with 14,613 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
