Grant of share options
The Board has today granted options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital
of the company to each of the five executive directors. The options have been
granted under the terms of the IS Solutions plc Executive Share Option 'B'
Scheme ('the Scheme') at an exercise price of 12p per Ordinary Share, being the
closing price of the Ordinary Shares on 23 May 2005. The options are exercisable
between 3 and 10 years from the grant date and are subject to the performance
rules set out in the Scheme.
Following the grant, the Directors' holdings of Ordinary Shares and options is
as follows:
