The Offering was upsized from $1.0 billion to $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of Notes. The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by the Company and certain of the Company’s wholly-owned domestic subsidiaries.","length":804,"tagName":"p"},{"type":"text","content":"The Offering is expected to close on or about December 17, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
