Given the dynamic conditions of global trade, Celanese is uniquely positioned to actively manage our global and regional operations to support our valued customers around the world with enhanced supply continuity. These price increases are associated with, among others, heightened costs of product movement and inventory repositioning, plant operational expenses, changing trade regulations, and raw materials. The price increases will be effective on June 1, 2025, or as contracts otherwise allow.
