This shareholder package\nprovides detailed information about your Company's financial performance and\nbusiness activities.\nSince the sale of CCL's North American Custom Manufacturing business last\nMay, your Company has been very active in investing the proceeds from this\ndisposition in its core operations. We are particularly pleased with CCL's\nexpansion into a new continent, South America, with the acquisition of\nProdesmaq in January 2006. This world-class pressure-sensitive label business\nlocated in Brazil will further enhance CCL's position as a supplier to our\nlarge multinational customers in the consumer products industry through our\nglobal network.\nThe Board of Directors continues to be pleased with your Company's\ninvestments in its specialty packaging businesses. This combination of capital\nspending on organic growth opportunities combined with key acquisitions such\nas Prodesmaq are further steps towards the attainment of CCL's long-term\nstrategic goals.\nYour Board of Directors is also pleased to approve a quarterly dividend\npayable on March 31, 2006. This dividend will be paid at the same level as the\nprior quarter and is a continuation of CCL's record of paying consecutive\nquarterly dividends for 25 years without a reduction. The dividend is\n$0.10 per Class B non-voting share and $0.0875 per Class A voting share.\nConference calls with our stakeholders are always held following the\nrelease of our quarterly results.
