Headquartered in Ashford, England, Inprint Systems is a privately held manufacturer of specialty label products with plants in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy and the USA. The Company is a world leader for labelling solutions requiring "expanded content" in the form of folded printed data attached to a pressure sensitive label. Inprint Systems had revenues of approximately C$53 million in 2004 and an adjusted EBITDA of C$11.2 million. The purchase price was approximately C$64 million and was paid in cash.
