(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CCCS) today announced the pricing of the previously announced secondary offering of the Company’s common stock (the “Offering”) by affiliates of Advent International, L.P. and Oak Hill Capital Partners (collectively, the “Selling Stockholders”). The Offering consists of 30 million shares of the Company’s common stock. The shares will be offered from time to time for sale through negotiated transactions or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale. The Offering is expected to close on or about July 1, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
