(TSXV: CBLT) (\"CBLT\" or \"the Company\") is re-setting the declaration, record and payment dates for the dividend of its securities in investee Ciscom Corp. (\"Ciscom\").The declaration date is June 16, 2023. The record date shall be June 23, 2023 after market close. The payment date shall be June 28, 2023.For every CBLT share held, each CBLT shareholder will receive 0.011815 Ciscom share, which means for every 84.64119222 CBLT shares held, each CBLT shareholder will receive one Ciscom share. Fractional dividends will not be paid.As per Ciscom's prospectus, a copy of which can be found at Ciscom's SEDAR page, Ciscom's unaudited total revenue for the three-month period ended March 31, 2023 was $7,253,560 (page 371 of the prospectus).Ciscom has two subsidiaries.
