(OTC: VMGI) announced that after subscribing to the OTC Market’s suite of services and filing the required Attorney Letter with Respect to Current Information the company has been upgraded to the OTC Pink Current Information Tier. Furthermore as previously announced the company has quickly posted the Quarterly Report for the period ending September 30th 2012.
