The Company has also elected to file a post-qualification amendment to its registration statement on Form 1-A, originally filed by the Company on Oct 4, 2016, qualified thereafter by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov 22, 2016. The post-qualification amendment will be to upgrade Company’s registration statement from Tier I to Tier II RegA+. The Company has engaged Malone Bailey LLP to audit its financials for years ending March 2016 and 2017. The financial audit is a requirement for the Tier II registration statement under Form 1-A. The Tier II registration statement under Form 1-A will allow the company to become a fully SEC Reporting company under Reg A.
