Proxity Subsidiary Taking Orders: Low Altitude Airship Ready for Production

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2004--Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (PinkSheets:PDNW - News) through Cyber Aerospace Corp., the operating subsidiary of On Alert Systems, Inc., announces they are taking orders for the Aerosphere 76 airship that has a planned operating ceiling of up to 16,000 feet. Techsphere Systems International, Proxity's team member, plans to make improvements to their existing building and the area surrounding their plant for production of low, mid, and high altitude airships. Techsphere will process orders now for airship production commencing in July. The spherical airship Aerosphere 76 is being designed to hover up to 16,000 feet and operate with a payload capacity for stationary, long endurance, unmanned operations. Aerosphere 76 is based on the design of the Aerosphere 60, which is proven up to altitudes of 22,000 feet. Unlike satellites, these airship platforms can easily be retrieved, and payload packages can be recovered and upgraded for further use. The Aerosphere 76 is being designed to deploy sensing equipment to any location, quickly and effectively providing various communications suites. The airship engines rotate allowing it to fly rather than float to its station and spin on its axis permitting greater mobility. Cyber expects clients to add existing sensor and surveillance payloads to the Aerosphere 76 allowing it to record multiple movements in a targeted area. The surveillance payload would capture data to be analyzed should an incident occur in the monitored region. The Aerosphere 76 will maintain a geo-synchronous location above a target area. Remaining airborne in a set location, the airship can perform surveillance of movements in multiple environments 24/7.
