Proxity Sells All of Its Internet Operating Assets
NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 2004--Billy Robinson, CEO of Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PDNW - News), announced today that all of the internet operating assets have been sold. The game and web operating systems were sold to Plus Media, Inc. and the web management tools and ISP assets of Neighborhood Access Corp. and GoEZ were sold to Belvedere Holdings LLC. The transaction was a combination of cash and debt assumption. This allows Proxity and its subsidiaries to focus 100% on the security technology products and shed these marginal and time consuming assets.
