(Pink Sheets:PDNW) through Cyber Aerospace Corp., an operating subsidiary of Proxity's On Alert Systems, announces the sale of the AeroSphere SA-60 to Sierra Nevada Corporation. Cyber Aerospace had purchased the airship in March from Techsphere Systems International, Inc. \r\n \r\n The AeroSphere SA-60 is a low altitude airship that can be used for both defense and homeland security purposes including surveillance of battlefields, domestic borders and ports. \r\n\r\nSierra Nevada Corporation signed an agreement with Techsphere, prior to the purchase of the airship from Cyber, giving Sierra Nevada Corporation the exclusive integration contract for government end users of Techsphere's airships. Sierra Nevada will work closely with Techsphere developing technology that enables the airships to carry a variety of payloads for government end-users.
