The Report will shortly be available from the Company’s website: https://www.castelnaugroup.com\n Summary Information\n The Group\n Castelnau Group Limited (the “Company”) is a Guernsey domiciled closed-ended investment company which was incorporated in Guernsey on 13 March 2020 under the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. The Company is classified as a registered fund under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2020. Its registered office address is PO Box 255, Les Banques, Trafalgar Court, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL. The Company listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Specialist Fund Segment (“SFS”) on 18 October 2021.\n This Interim Report and Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Interim Financial Statements (the “Interim Financial Statements”) comprise the financial statements of Castelnau Group Limited and Castelnau Group Services Limited (incorporated on 14 June 2022), together referred to as the \"Group\".\n Investment Objective\n The Group's investment objective is to compound Shareholders’ capital at a higher rate of return than the FTSE All Share Total Return Index over the long term.\n Investment Policy\n The Group will seek to achieve a high rate of compound return over the long term by carefully selecting investments using a thorough and objective research process and paying a price which provides a material margin of safety against permanent loss of capital, but also a favourable range of outcomes.\n The Group will follow a high conviction investment strategy. The expertise and processes developed by the Investment Manager can be applied to all parts of the capital structure of a business, both private and publicly quoted.
