The total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority. On Admission the Directors will, in aggregate, hold 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
