The resolution was in relation to,\ninter alia, the Capital Reorganisation and to effect the Placing and Open Offer\nannounced by the Company on 12 March 2007.\n\nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the\n2,100,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM.
