CMG has acquired an exclusive five year\nlicence from YooMedia for the head to head version of Tringo, the compelling\ninteractive game that is a combination of Tetris and Bingo. The offering will\nalso include fixed odds games such as Roulette, Keno and Dice games. CMG has\nalso acquired a 5 year licence from YooMedia for the Engage technology platform\nwhich will enable gamers to play head to head cash or prize based games against\neach other across mobile phone, pc and TV platforms. Under the agreement\nYooMedia will also provide the back office, payment fulfilment, gaming licence,\ncustomer support and technology facilities.\n\nThe services and licences provided by YooMedia to CMG have cost a total of\n£2,000,000.07, which has been satisfied by the issue of 44,444,446 million new\nordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') at 4.5 pence per share.\n32,777,782 Ordinary Shares were issued in June 2006, and the remaining\n11,666,664 new Ordinary Shares will be issued immediately. 29,629,630 of the\nOrdinary Shares will be subject to lock-in arrangements for a period between\nthree and six months and subject to orderly market arrangements there after.\n\nIt is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the \n11,666,664 new Ordinary Shares will commence on 29 September 2006.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange\n \n ","length":2058,"tagName":"div"}]
