(NASDAQ: CTRM), (“Castor” or the “Company”), a diversified global shipping company, announces that on November 14, 2023, the Company completed the previously announced sale at a price of $6.55 million of the M/V Magic Sun, a 2001-built Panamax bulk carrier vessel, by delivering the vessel to its new owner. The Company expects to record during the fourth quarter of 2023 a net gain on the sale of the M/V Magic Sun of approximately $1.0 million, excluding any transaction-related costs.
