Carmen Energy Inc. restates June 30, 2011 financial statements

CALGARY, Dec. 12, 2011 /CNW/ - Carmen Energy Inc. (TSXV: CEI) ("Carmen" or the "Corporation") has filed restated June 30, 2011 unaudited interim financial statements to enhance the disclosure on the effect of the closing of Carmen's Qualifying Transaction (as such term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) on its business as well as provide readers with a more complete understanding of the Qualifying Transaction, all in accordance with the CICA Handbook.
