Caspian Sunrise PLC has issued 2,121,210 new ordinary shares at an issue price of 5p per share as bonus payments to non-board members. The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares currently traded on AIM.\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 2,356,306,042 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
