Award of licence at the BNG Contract Area

Caspian Sunrise plc has been awarded an extension to its Yelemes Deep licence at the BNG Contract Area, allowing development work to resume at Deep Well 803 where oil was previously detected. This follows the award of a 25-year production licence for the Airshagyl structure in May 2025, which confirmed reserves of 26 mmbls. The company previously sold two shallow structures in July 2025 for $88 million and has invested over $100 million in the BNG Contract Area since 2008. Disclaimer*
