(\"Cascades\") hereby announces that, between November 9 and November 14, 2018, through a corporation under his control, Gestion Laurent Lemaire Inc., he purchased 62,633 common shares in Cascades' ordinary share capital on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) for an average price of $10.74 per share, for a total of $672,913.29. \nPrior to these transactions, Laurent Lemaire held 12,294,282 common shares in Cascades both directly and indirectly through Gestion Laurent Lemaire Inc.; these shares represented approximately 13.06% of Cascades' common shares outstanding.  Subsequent to these transactions, Laurent Lemaire will, directly and indirectly through Gestion Laurent Lemaire Inc., hold 12,356,915 shares, representing approximately 13.12% of the undiluted shares outstanding, and 12.53% on a partially diluted basis.\nLaurent Lemaire and Gestion Laurent Lemaire Inc. hold the equity for investment purposes only.
