[{"type":"text","content":"Cascade Copper Issues Shares and Warrants for its Bendor and Fire Mountain Properties\n\n\n (TheNewswire)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Vancouver, British\nColumbia\n \n\n –\n \n\n TheNewswire -\n \n\n May 12, 2025.\n \n\n Cascade Copper Corp.\n \n\n (CSE: “CASC”) (“\n \n\n Cascade\n \n\n ” or the “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”) is\npleased to announce that it has issued shares and warrants pursuant to\nits second anniversary commitments of the Option Agreement to acquire\nBendor Property, totaling 3,063 hectares, located in the Lillooet\nMining District of southwest British Columbia, and the Option\nAgreement to acquire Fire Mountain Property, totaling 3,770 hectares,\nlocated in the New Westminster Mining District of southwest British\nColumbia.\n \n\n\n\n The Company has issued 200,000 common shares, which\nwere issuable to the Bendor and Fire Mountain optionor pursuant to the\ninitial Option Agreements, and a further 1,000,000 units pursuant to\nthe amended Option Agreements (\n \n\n\n Press Release Apr 30,\n2025\n \n\n\n ).\n \n\n Each Unit is\ncomprised of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase\nwarrant. The 500,000 share purchase warrants expire on May 12, 2027,\nand can be exercised at $0.07 per common share. The shares and units\nissued include a customary resale restriction, which expires four\nmonths and a day after issuance.\n \n\n\n\n About Cascade Copper\n \n\n\n\n Cascade Copper is an exploration stage natural resource\ncompany engaged in the evaluation, acquisition, and exploration of\ncopper based mineral resource properties.
