Centram Exploration Ltd. - News Release

VANCOUVER, July 7 /CNW/ - Centram Exploration Ltd. (The Company) has
accepted the resignation of Director Bill McWilliam effective immediately.
Dr. George Gale PhD, P.Eng, has been appointed to the Board of Directors
effective today.
Mr. McWilliam is presently operating three separate mineral exploration
companies and is no longer able to dedicate the time required to the Board of
Centram. The Company thanks him for his valuable service and wishes him well
in his endeavors.
Dr. Gale has 40 years of involvement in exploration and economic geology.
In 1971 He completed his PhD thesis in economic geology at Durham University
England, under a Rothmere Fellowship. In 1975 Dr Gale took a position with the
Geological Survey of Manitoba, Canada and in 1977 was appointed head of its
Mineral Deposits Section, a position he held until his retirement in December,
2004.
