Outgoing independent chairman Mosher, together with previous independent chairman Mr. Don Whalen, co-founded the Company in 2007. Carolina Rush President and CEO, Layton Croft, stated: \"On behalf of the Board and Management, we sincerely thank Dave Mosher and Laurie Curtis for their many years of consistency and devotion to governing and advising this Company. We thank them each for the significant financial investments they have made over the years in purchasing, and never yet selling, shares of the Company.
