(ICX:TSX.V) is\npleased to announce that the Company has obtained approval from the\nEnvironmental Council of Zambia for its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).\nThis is a significant milestone in advancing the Mokambo property.\n\n\nThis approval, along with the NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Technical\nReport, that is underway, allows the Company to proceed with the economic\nfeasibility of mining and processing the near surface oxide copper\nmineralization at Mokambo. The EIA approval also allows the Company to proceed\nwith the construction of their new EMEW plant and associated infrastructure.\nThis processing plant will be used to process the economic oxide copper\nmineralization identified in the feasibility and other oxide copper and cobalt\nmineralization that will be purchased from local miners in Zambia and the DRC.\n\n\nConstruction of the plant is on schedule to be completed in the 4th\nquarter of 2008. As part of the processing plant, a self-contained 1250 KVA\ngenerator has been purchased from Harrington Generators International in the\nUK. It is presently en route to Mokambo and should arrive in the next 5 weeks.\nThis generator will provide all the necessary power required for the\nprocessing plant and office compound.\n\n\nSulphide Confirmation Drill Program\n\n\nThe Company will complete the last twined hole to confirm the historical\nsulphide drill hole data. Results will be released for the entire program\nafter the assay results from this last hole are received. Coffey Mining, the\nlargest Australian-owned international mining consultancy firm has been\nretained to undertake the NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Technical Report for the\noxide and historic sulphide mineralization.
