(“Cariboo Rose”)\n \n \n (\n \n \n TSXV:\n \n \n \n CRB\n \n \n \n )\n \n \n (OTC:CROOF)\n \n \n has resumed\nreverse circulation drilling at its 100% owned Lightning Strike\ngold-silver project located in the Cariboo region of BC, 70 kilometers\nnortheast of the community of 100 Mile House.\n \n \n \n \n Lightning Strike is a shale hosted gold project\napproximately 95 kilometers southeast of the Spanish Mountain project\nowned by Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. (\n \n \n TSX-V:\n \n \n SPA\n \n \n ) and 35\nkilometers south of the Fraser Gold project owned by Karus Gold Corp.\nLightning Strike, Frasergold and Spanish Mountain share a common\ngeological setting in a Triassic aged shale-siltstone sequence. At\nLightning Strike significant gold mineralization is also commonly\naccompanied with significant accessory silver (example 72.8 g/t silver\nover 1.52 meters being the maximum value of single core sample from\nthe 2021 program).\n \n \n \n \n Lightning Strike occurs in a flat to undulating\nlandscape at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters (3,300 feet)\nwhere outcrop is essentially nonexistent and where targets are\nblind.\n \n \n \n \n Significant drill intercepts from the 2021 program\n(previously reported) included:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n LSRC21-06\n \n \n \n \n \n 0.62 g/t Gold over 38.1 m\n \n \n (91.4-129.5 m)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n including\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 1.43 g/t Gold and 16.3 g/t Silver\nover 10.6 m\n \n \n (108.2 to 118.9 m)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n LSRC21-08\n \n \n \n \n \n 0.54 g/t Gold and 14.8 g/t Silver\nover 19.8 m\n \n \n (64.0-83.8 m)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n including\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 1.00 g/t Gold and 34.2 g/t Silver\nover 7.6 m\n \n \n (74.7-82.3 m)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Shale hosted orogenic gold deposits are one of the most\nattractive models for large gold deposits in the world and include the\ngiant Murantau and Sukoy Log deposits in Asia with resources of ±80\nmillion ounces and ±20 million ounces gold each.\n \n \n \n \n It is estimated that 1,500 meters of drilling will be\ncompleted in the current pro...
