(“BRS”), the Company has received an\naggregate of 400,000 common shares of BRS.\n\n\nThe shares are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months\nand one day from the date of issuance.\n\n\nBRS is advancing its Cowtrail copper-gold project in\nsouth-central British Columbia, a porphyry coppergold exploration\ninitiative located contiguous with the Woodjam copper-gold porphyry\nproject. BRS recently reported that drilling completed in 2025 has\ndefined a mineralized trend extending both northwesterly and\nsoutheasterly, with the system remaining open at both ends.
