(TSX-V: CRB) (\"Cariboo Rose\") would like to revise a news release dated January 17, 2017 to include more detailed information regarding the contract between Cariboo Rose and Adam Bighill\n\n \n \nCariboo Rose previously announced that it has signed an arms-length contract with Adam Bighill to assist the company in corporate development and shareholder communications. Adam recently was a member of the BC Lions Football organization and will be affiliated with the New Orleans Saints of the NFL later this year.\n\n \n \nAdam has developed a strong interest in the junior resource market over the last several years and will be a tremendous help to Cariboo Rose in expanding our reach to investors. The company is very pleased to be working with him. His efforts on behalf of Cariboo Rose will include communicating with investment dealers, advisers and Shareholders, both current and prospective, to increase awareness of and interest in \n\n\n \nCariboo Rose. Mr. Bighill currently has no interest in Cariboo Rose or its securities.\n\n \n \nStock options have been reserved for Mr. Bighill at a price of $0.20/share for 100,000 shares with an expiry date of January 17, 2027. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving thirty (30) days notice after which the options will expire in thirty (30) days from the notice date.
