(\n \n\n “\n \n\n Cariboo Rose”\n \n\n or the\n \n\n “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”\n \n\n )\n(TSX-V: CRB) recently held its 2025 Annual General Meeting\n(\n \n\n “\n \n\n 2025 AGM\n \n\n ”) in Vancouver, British Columbia.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n All motions passed including the appointment of\nDavidson and Company as auditors, approval of the Company\n \n\n ’\n \n\n s incentive stock option plan,\napproval of a 2-for-1 share consolidation, and the election of James\nW.
