("CUC" or the "Company") announced today its unaudited\n results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010 (all figures in\n United States dollars).\n\n\nElectricity sales for the third quarter of 2010 totaled 152.7 million\n kilowatt hours ("kWh") in comparison to 153.3 million kWh for the three\n months ended September 30, 2009; a decrease of 0.6 million kWh. \n Electricity sales during the quarter were adversely affected by cooler\n and wetter weather compared to the same period in 2009. For the nine\n months ended September 30, 2010, electricity sales increased by 2% to\n 425.9 kWh, compared to 415.6 kWh for the nine months ended September\n 30, 2009.  The increase in nine month sales was due to higher average\n temperatures during the first six months of the period.\n\n\nThe peak load during the third quarter of 99.4 megawatts ("MW") did not\n exceed the record of 102.1 MW set during the second quarter of 2010. \n The Company added 507 customers during the nine month period ended\n September 30, 2010 including 151 customers during the third quarter of\n 2010 for a period end total of 25,968, up 2% from December ...
