The dividend will be payable June\n15, 2009 to shareholders of record May 22, 2009.\n\n\nCUC provides electricity to Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, under a\nnon-exclusive Electricity Generation Licence expiring in 2029 and an exclusive\nElectricity Transmission and Distribution Licence expiring in 2028.
