(TSX: CUP.U) (\"CUC\" or \"the Company\") announced today that the Board of Directors has declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from\n \n US$0\n \n .185  to\n \n US$0.19\n \n per Class A Ordinary Share. This represents a 3% increase to\n \n US$0.76\n \n per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable\n \n June 16, 2025\n \n to shareholders of record\n \n June 2, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n The principal activity of the Company is to generate, transmit and distribute electricity in its licence area of\n \n Grand Cayman\n \n ,\n \n Cayman Islands\n \n pursuant to a 20-year Transmission & Distribution (\"T&D\") Licence and a 25-year non-exclusive Generation Licence (the \"Generation Licence\" and together with the T&D licence, the \"Licences\") granted by the Cayman Islands Government (the \"Government\", \"CIG\"). The T&D Licence, which expires in\n \n April 2028\n \n , contains provisions for an automatic 20-year renewal and the Company has reasonable expectation of renewal until\n \n April 2048\n \n .
