With the approval of the TSX-V, CardioComm confirms the issuance of an aggregate of 5,000,000 common shares of the Company (each, a \"Share\") to settle $250,000 worth of debt. The Shares are subject to a four month hold period that expires May 9, 2021, in accordance with applicable securities laws.CardioComm Solutions, Inc. also confirms the appointment of Ms. Josée Bertrand as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Bertrand is an accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive. She brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management in relevant industry sectors.
