The Shares acquired are\nto be cancelled.\n\nFollowing this transaction, the unchanged holding of Mr J R Wollenberg and\nmembers of his family ('the Concert Party') of 531,886 Shares, now represents\n31.50% of the Company's issued Shares. Pursuant to the waivers granted by the\nTakeover Panel and approved by shareholders (excluding the Concert Party) at the\nCompany's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 January 2007, there is no\nobligation on the Concert Party to make an offer under Rule 9 or Rule 37 of the\nCity Code on Takeovers and Mergers.\n\nThe number of Shares with voting rights in issue following this transaction is\n1,688,680.
