Carclo PLC 21 March 2001 CARCLO PLC ('Carclo') Carclo plc announces that on 21 March 2001, it purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Carclo at 102p per share. The purchase represents approximately 1.9 per cent. of Carclo's issued ordinary share capital.
