Director Dealing - Late Notification
The Company announces that it was notified on 27 April 2026 of the following transaction conducted by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"). The transaction took place on 1 September 2025.The notification was provided to the Company outside the timeframe prescribed by Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The delay arose as a result of a PCA related administrative oversight and is an isolated occurrence. The Company has reminded the relevant PDMR and PCA of their respective obligations under UK MAR and confirms that appropriate procedures are in place to ensure compliance going forward.
The required notification made pursuant to Article 19 of UK MAR is set out below.
