Shareholders that wish to follow the proceedings of the General Meeting virtually should register for the event in advance via the following link: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/carlo-plc/register-investor. Please note that Shareholders will not be able to vote at the Annual General Meeting via the online presentation link.\n \nCopies of the documents listed below have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:\n \n1. 2023 Annual Report & Accounts\n2.
